Jack McCurry’s 2017 NFL Mock Draft 2.0

We’re now 24 days away from the NFL draft and hitting the home stretch. The Scouting Combine was a month ago and the majority of the college pro days are finished. 

NFL teams are now diving into private workouts and pre-draft visits. The Browns use the private workouts as a resource more than the pro days especially with the quarterback position because it’s more hands on and let’s them run things their way instead of the prospect and their agent’s way.

That’s why if you’ve seen reports that head coach Hue Jackson and VP of Football Operations Sashi Brown didn’t go to the top quarterback’s pro days, don’t panic because they were likely working out another quarterback.
